HELLO TO ALL THE READERS OUT THERE!
I hope you all had a great weekend. So, let’s get started now!
The blog titled ” WORK ON YOUR STRENGTHS AND NOT YOUR WEAKNESSES “ is just a simple layout so that anyone can easily analyse his/her positive points as well as the negative aspects in his performance throughout and can accordingly work on them and master themselves. Forget about all the weaknesses you carry, just believe in yourself, your idea and work on all the positive sides of YOU!
- I always believe focusing on your positive sides or what you call as your strengths is always a great idea as it nurtures and nourishes you to perform efficiently in such a competitive environment in the marketplace, as well as inculcates high level of confidence and self esteem to work with highly skilled people.
Working on your strengths opens you up to new challenges and you may have to face some failures as well, but what matters is the exposure you got from it and the experience you learned from it. It helps you to move ahead in the game and ultimately gets you over the top. Whereas, if you have been working on your weaknesses first, you’re doing it all wrong.
- Working on your weaknesses gets you lag behind in the game as well as leaves you trailing. I have seen people building strong walls internally and they just avoid taking up risks and it eventually, leads to experimentations taking a back seat. They just end up following their routines in a very secure manner.
YOU SHOULD LEARN FROM YOUR COMPETITOR, BUT NEVER COPY. COPY AND YOU DIE! – JACK MA ( FOUNDER AND CEO, ALIBABA GROUP)
Through, this blog I want to share something with you and I believe it’s the most important of them all. The roughest part of my life went up in school when being an average person was considered to be “dumb head”. Either, you should be too intelligent in your academics or you’re a failure. I mean that’s what i have ended up going through in my school days. You really can’t judge someone on the basis of their marks. Like you never know he may end up doing his own startup or working in the biggest venture. It affects the psych of a child when he is being called as a “failure”. Failure is just a wrong word to describe someone!
To all the mates who have been struggling or are struggling with this, you’re not a failure. Just believe in your yourself and I promise you’ll end up doing something big. It’s the time to change and the change starts from you. Work on yourself daily and forget about all the negative feedbacks. Believe in working smartly and not hardly. Yes, you can do it!
