The Battle

THE BATTLE HAS ONLY EVER BEEN YOU AGAINST YOU!

Your thoughts create your reality. The way you think, the way you behave, the way you perceive to things, the way you deliver, all have to with shaping your reality and your future.

How many times have you actually found yourself as a victim to something or to be precise, at the time of crisis, how many times have you actually been honest to yourself and spoke the truth without having a constant battle between your mind and heart? Have you felt the dominance of those negative thoughts powering over your thought process? If yes, then this blog post is definitely for you.

I had always considered myself as the victim of an unloved destiny and you know why? I came from a family that didn’t have a lot of money and I always had to think of my own ways to make it. I do appreciate the fact that they have given me everything I have always wanted but seen the other people around me getting all those things getting handed over to them actually created a battle within me. Did I win? Did I learn? And, the answer to this is a big yes!

PRACTICAL APPROACH TOWARDS THE BATTLE!

Nothing in this world stands still –  it either grows or depletes. If you’re not appreciating your life, you’re definitely depreciating.

  • With time I have actually realized that we generally complain about all those things we have full control over. So, why can’t we just sort up the things and reach our desired point with the flavour of appreciating almost everything around us? Think about it.
  • Secondly, you need to stop lying to yourselves and be completely honest, or else you’ll never make a change. Being real requires you to be honest with yourself. Take a minute and ask yourself, how much real are you to yourself?
  • Most great things lie in simplicity, it’s we, the humans who have a habit of taking the most complex path and turn up the things even more difficult than it actually was. Have you ever heard of the word “Singular Thinking”? It’s basically focusing all of your life on a single thing which actually makes your whole life revolve around it and yeah, The Battle. Stop your singular thinking as it is only making you a victim and perhaps, the negative situation will only get X2 the size than it previously was.

Our character is not based on the absence of challenges nut on how well we handle ourselves in the face of them.

Normally, an individual tends to have around sixty thousand thoughts in a day. A person with a positive thought process can undergo any battle and still come out alive and as a person full of motivation and self-belief whereas, if we see a person with a negative mindset, his thought process will always favour his victimization and no self-control. Choose your stand wisely and if you’re on the wrong side, there is still time to get on the positive side but you know what? We are always scared that it might change our lives forever. Even if it’s in a positive way, we will still fear the unknown.

In order to win any battle, you must be equipped with the most powerful arsenal.

You have the ability to rewire yourself. The way you physically, mentally, and verbally act must change if you want to change, there is no other way through. I can just show you the path, rest the journey is yours. It’s your battle, you have to decide what you want the outcome to be at the end. We all thrive when challenged, and that’s what reconditioning yourself to find your truth is.

How To Make Your Weekends Extremely Productive!

Any real content creator on the grind knows that there really is no difference between a weekday and a weekend. It’s a job where you have to work at least 6 days a week, have to update yourself daily, and no excuses from running off from work. Well, that was just my story but trust me, if you’re loving the process, nothing is going to stop you from reaching your set goal.

Every day matters, and it’s up to you how you choose to make it productive and how seriously you’re actually taking your venture. It’s not easy to say NO to your Saturday festivities and force yourself to keep on making moves.

It’s not like I don’t enjoy or hang out on weekends, but the ones who know me well, do know me as a person who is going to complete his work first, irrespective of the time it is going to take and then move forward for the next activity. You know that’s how things should roll. Agree?

Writing this blog was more about observing my own behaviour towards weekends and other’s as well and trust me, this ended up being funny in most cases. Let me share some of the ways I have learned to make my Saturday grind added with more fun. Here I go!

  • REWARD YOURSELF –

I’m a person who believes so much in preparing notes and reminders for almost every activity. I don’t know writing has always helped me in every possible way it can. You and only you know what all activities do you carry in a week so accordingly, prepare your TO-DO LIST! To-do list is actually fun if maintained properly. Make a schedule of how are you going to work this whole week.

Set a proper goal for a week and divide them into some few subgoals. At the end of the week, review your performance and accordingly, celebrate every new project you fulfil on time or before time. That’s how working should be processed.

  • TURN ON A SILENT MOVIE –

Turning on a silent movie can be a great kick as it can provide you with an escape for a little bit of time. This is something that made me feel less alone as a teenager – and is a tactic I still use today. If you’re a person who loves listening to music, go for some slow songs at a low voice. It’s important to take some time off from these busy schedules and just relax for a while. Play with your younger siblings or just go out for a walk. All these measures have actually helped me in processing my day to day activities. What really matters is that you actually get work done anyway.

  • WORK ALONGSIDE A FRIEND –

This can be difficult as it requires the right type of friendship but if you have this sort of a person in your life, do this as often as possible. Find someone you can work alongside effectively and productively. The goal here is to work with someone who shares similar goals as you, or even someone you’re collaborating on a project with so that you can get the work done, together.

  • MAKE IT A CREATIVE DAY –

Something I have written about a lot and so do tell people is how you should keep moving forward and stretch your muscles a bit to get your work done. If you still want to feel somewhat productive but just can’t get into your flow, make it a creative day. Draw, play the guitar, watch a movie with your family. Do something which can spark your creativity back again and get you thinking in a right direction.

  • DO ALL OF THE ABOVE –

I’ll be honest here – I have a habit of rewarding myself every week, whether it be clothes (most of the times since I so love fashion), eat my favourite food, watch my all time favourite movies and de-stress myself from all the tough days I had been through previously.

Just because everybody is going out on a Saturday night, doesn’t mean even you have to. If you would rather work on something that means a lot to you, then I’ll suggest trying all of the above measures and add some fun to your grind.

How To Become The Best Version Of Yourself?

You are here in this world for three main reasons. The first one is to experience as many different things as possible and enjoy life to the full. The second one is to create, contribute, share, and leave a positive legacy behind.

And the third reason why you’re here on this planet is to improve, evolve, grow and become the best version of yourself.

Another day, another blog post and another story which might trail down to motivate you in some way or the other.

Before sleeping and after waking up, do ask this question to yourself that ‘what kind of person do you want to be?’

I mean everybody wants to be rich, wants to have a good lifestyle and most importantly ‘have it all’.

With time, I have noticed three ugly qualities that resist a human to become his/her best version and that is –

  • Greed
  • Vanity
  • Addiction

  • Having It All –

I have actually come across people who have a tendency of equating their success with ‘having it all’, but this can end up a slippery slope. The appetite for success develops into greed.

I have met many bloggers and influencers who were unhappy, negative people. It surprised me because It looked like they had it all. But deep down they hadn’t done the work of figuring out what kind of person they wanted to be.

Let me ask you the same question again, What kind of person do you want to be?

  • Vanity –

Living in a culture of entertainment and celebrities, a lot of people succumb to vanity. I mean we all want to look good, isn’t it?

Recently, I was just passing from a gym and saw a man with a good built, shaved legs and ripped. I don’t know but after having all that which we humans consider as ‘perfect’, I found that man to be very unhappy. You know what the problem is? We spend an enormous amount of time, energy and money in improving our looks and developing our character.

Becoming the best version of yourself is far away from just sculpted muscles, waxed chests and whitened teeth. It requires intellectual enrichment, empathy, sacrifice for others and the most important quality – Kindness!

  • All things in Moderation –

Perhaps, more than vanity and greed, addiction account for the grief in most people lives. The problem is that we like some things way too much. We pursue them at all costs and become addicted.

Living in a country like India where addictions are just accounted for drinking alcohol and sexual misbehaviour, there are so many other addictions out there which are neglected –  Social media addiction, food addiction, addiction to drama, even healthy pursuits like fitness can become a destructive addiction.

Addictions can be treated. Simply ask yourself what kind of person you want to be? The answer will come to you and then what? Begin the process right away. You can always make changes and become the best version.

No matter who you’re, no matter what you did, no matter where you’ve come from, you can always change and become a better version of yourself!

That’s all for today. You can write me down on arpitpahwa4@gmail.com or can easily connect with me on any of my social handles given in the right-hand sidebar.

Thank you for stopping by until the end.

Don’t forget to add value to others as they’ll come back when the time comes.

Have a great week, ahead!

See you in the next one!

How To Stay Motivated During Your Exams!

Okay, so boards are around the corner. The clock is running faster than normal and it’s almost time to show your potential on the sheet but firstly, I just want to congratulate and say –  All the best to each and every one of you who are appearing in these board exams. Nervous? Confused? Happens!

Being senior to you and your elder brother, trust me this phase will actually show what you truly are. You’ll get to know yourself well, you’ll be able to communicate with yourself in a better way and those intuitions will definitely strike. You just got to listen to them, believe in them and work hard. Like I always say, focus on your strengths and not your weaknesses.

The time you get between your exams is actually very crucial so make sure you are utilising your time well. Your performance in the exam is directly proportional to what you feed your mind today. You might be a good performer in the whole semester but if you aren’t moving with a positive mental game, you’ll not be able to achieve the standards you have set for yourself. So, having a positive mindset is what you need to focus on apart from your studies.

I have always believed in this one simple principle – ‘The one who works hard will never experience failure.’ The one who expects way too much and doesn’t work up to the bar will never stand a place. So, it’s better to accept what you’re capable of doing, accept your mistakes and rather than leaving them, work on them and improve.

How to study effectively for the exams?

  1. With so much of competition prevailing in the Indian Education System, I have just one simple tip to offer – Meditate as much as you can and then sit for your studies. Don’t let the peer pressure affect your mindset. You don’t have to hurry, you don’t have to run fast as you may get down. Work and run at your own speed, don’t try to act smart and overtake. Believe in yourself, your hard work will determine your success rate.
  2. Time Management is what you have to work on. Not every exam will have 7 days off so prepare your schedule in such a way, that each topic gets sufficient time and priority.
  3. If you’re not a fast writer, practice writing when you’re studying. Eventually, it will help you to enhance your speed and make notes simultaneously will help you to learn fastly.
  4. You have to forget about the marks at this time, as this can build up stress in your head. Focus on working rather than stressing over.
  5. On the course of studying, we usually forget to get our hands on mastering the basics. If you have sufficient time, start with the basics first and then move onto the important topics.
  6. For some maths is really a tough subject to handle, and they plan to polish it at the end. However, it is you who will appear for the exam, whatever strategy you make, stick to it.

In the end, I just want to conclude by saying – Be a Self Motivator, nobody else is going to do that for you. Rather than stressing over, enjoy and work hard in this phase. Believe in yourself and all that you are. Know that there is something in you and that is greater than any obstacle.

All the very best to the students appearing in board exams. Blessings for y’all!

I value your feedback so don’t hesitate to email me with any questions.

Cheers to your success!

What’s Your Idea Of Change?

Have you ever found yourself to be as thin as a plastic bag drifting away by the wind or have you ever felt being buried six feet down and you’re not able to hear any scream?
This blog post is for you. This blog post is for all those who want to start again. Start, not from where they left, but from where they see the beginning of their next phase. It’s all about our mindset and to be precise, what I believe is that the ‘mindset’ has a key role in our lives, our experiences, everything we do, everyone we meet and what not. But at the end of the day, all we have is ‘ourselves’. It’s in our hands how we choose to see the world, everything and everyone around us.
Every second of every minute of every hour of every day and to the rest of our lives, we do have the opportunity to create something big out of this life, to give our lives a meaning out of all the emotions we go through. Remember the days you prayed for all those things you have now!
Being an entrepreneur and author, I have always seen life with a percept of plateaus and valleys. Here, plateaus refer to the upstream and valleys are downstream and trust me, that’s how each one of our life revolves. Intricate enough? That’s what life is.
Sometimes, we may find ourselves hopeless, less motivated and what not but at the end of the day it’s a strong will, a passionate heart and an ambitious mind which can fight against all the odds coming in the way. So, what’s your idea to bring a change in yourself for the betterment of yourself? Think about it!
For me, a person who stays positive in a negative situation is a winner. Even I have been in the darkest of times. Hopeless, wasn’t motivated enough, wasn’t happy with what was going on around me, felt like a beaten down old horse ready to be put down.
I believe we need to accept that every once in a while we will have that moment of failure or breakdown but we don’t have to be strict on ourselves at such a moment. Adrenaline running down your nerves telling you to run away instead of accepting it and trying for that one last time but it’s just you, just you who has to find the remedy and not the faults.

So, are you ready to bring on that change in you and ready to step into the next phase of your life?

You really can’t solve a problem by using the same kind of thinking you used when you created them. So, it’s the right time for a change. Don’t waste time in feeling sorry for yourself. Embrace the change and welcome the new challenges with open arms.
Believe in finding happiness in small things, but don’t waste your energy on all those things you can’t control. Audacity is what makes a human afraid, as being mediocre is what we have always learned. Break the shell and create a change for yourself and by yourself.
Grow, Develop and Evolve!

SUCCESS IN SEVEN WORDS

If I ask you to sum up all that happened in your life in just six words, what do you think those words will be? Are you capable enough to define them in just six words?

Firstly, this blog post is for all those who find happiness and a sense of satisfaction in working hard. If you’re looking at improving your insights over and above the hard work that you put in, then you probably will gain substantially from this post. Being an entrepreneur, I have seen people falling hard, stagnate, and some even at their worst stage. For a while, I just had a thought and tried figuring out what actually makes people successful and soon I realised that there is no cookie-cutter approach to being successful.

Trust me, It’s not that tougher as you think. Just a few behaviour changes, some management methods and perhaps a combination of both of them can lead you to your destination.

Success in Seven Words

Is it really true? Here, in this post, I have tried to reproduce connections for your benefit, hopefully, which will make you think better. Let’s find out!

  • See your Goal –

You cannot just expect yourself to reach where you have always wanted to, without having any vision. Like I always say, just sitting there and thinking will not turn that one rupee into those million dollars you have been wishing for. Go out there, express yourself and do something. Arpit, what’s your biggest resource? Your brain. Extract out the information and write down on a piece of paper and start implementing them in sections. The easier you take things, the better will be the flow.

  • Understand the obstacles –

The one who understands his circumstances well, the one who can easily understand his obstacle well will always stand with a head held high and you know why? Some people see obstacles as a puzzle to solve. Some see obstacles as an opportunity to grow. Others see obstacles as threats. Still, others see obstacles as meaning they cannot succeed. Your view of barriers to achieving your goals affects how you react.

  • Create a positive mental picture –

Trust me, our vision is just a series of mental pictures. These pictures are stored as our version of “reality.” We did not intentionally put these pictures in our minds, they were accumulated by where we lived, who we are around and our family values. Try to make them as beautiful as you can and the next step is just your hard work. Are you ready for it?

  • Clear your mind of self-doubt –

Doubting your potential, doubting your inner self will not get you anywhere. It’s worth repeating: self-doubt must be examined if it prevents you from living an enriching life. Cut the negativity within you and shift your mind towards the world full of positivity.

To overcome self-doubt requires affirmative action while being attentive to the inner critic — that is, you take action in spite of the doubt.

  • Embrace the challenge –

Challenges reveal our limitations and strengths at the same time. We are human. We are finite. We are limited. We don’t know everything. And certainly cannot do everything. Challenges offer us a platform to rise above the natural and connect with the Supernatural. Take up the opportunity, analyse the condition of the pitch, analyse the requirement and then play your shot. Don’t panic, the ball will definitely come on to you, you just got to pay attention and take up the challenge with your open arms.

  • Stay on track –

You and only you know, what you’re capable of doing. Nurture your craft well and it will pay you off later in your life. Distractions can get you off but you just have to make sure to stick your leg on the path you have chosen. Focus on fewer goals, plan ahead of your time ( to some extent ), set milestones and don’t forget to track your progress.

  • Show the world you can do it! –

It’s the right time to step forward and choose your own way. Show them what you’re capable of producing but don’t forget to keep away from people who try to belittle you or your ambitions. Small people tend to do that, but the really great one will make you feel that you, too, can become great.

So, as the letters are highlighted above, you can easily make out how easy getting to success is provided with your consistent efforts to make that possible.

Don’t downgrade your dreams to match your reality. Upgrade your faith to match your vision.

I hope you had a good time reading this one. Will see you in the next article!

Venture Down A New Path

It baffles me every time when someone asks me how to do something, gets the perfect answer to it and does nothing. A great man has said – If you put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread to work and your life. There are no limits, only plateaus. You must not stay there and try to go beyond them. But you must be wondering how one can change everything in a go and switch to a completely different path in a moment?

Venture Down A New Path

The process of finding a new path is necessary if you’re too attached to the older one and have that fear of failing there. So, venture down a new path, a path which is completely unknown to you but your heart still has that urge for audacity and travel. If you’re on your way to find a new path, you should always have these points in mind before starting your journey and these are –

  • Be kind and compassionate
  • Work hard as hell in whatever way you choose.
  • Take breaks and appreciate life and the universe.

The difficulty of finding yet alone path was brought to mind when I was in my Class 12th. Seriously lost, had no idea, had no resources but yet had that belief which actually worked for me a 1000 times more it could ever have. The moment you have a mindset shift is exactly the same moment which can turn your life upside down as you move ahead. That was the same time, I started venturing down something big, unaware where it may take me but had that confidence of risking everything which everyone doesn’t have.

It made me think, isn’t this sometimes the label we give ourselves when we’re on a path that isn’t right or isn’t working and all we choose is to keep quitting?

Trust me, I have scrambled down the maze to get out. No one likes the feeling of hitting hard against the walls, but if you have that courage to stand in front of your problems, you will definitely shape and sculpt the dream you have always wanted to live and that’s where the winners survive. Not having a plan for what we want in life can lead to low motivation and a sense of purposelessness.

How To Find The Right Direction In Life

Underpinning the struggle that many of us have with venturing or changing a path is due to fear of failure. If you don’t choose if you can’t fail but you cannot succeed either. So, the question is how do we move past the fear of failure?

  • STOP OVERTHINKING – So much of our stress and anxiety about the future stems from all the analysis and thinking we do as adults. We ask ourselves all sorts of questions. I recall countless nights lying awake, entertaining ideas, and wrestling with my soul. I tried so hard to figure out where I would end up that I often felt defeated before I even began and that actually burnt me down from within. Thinking about what is required and what is beneficial for you will help to open the mind up to the possibilities of today.

  • TRY ANYTHING BUT DO SOMETHING – The no.1 rule if you’re on your way to find a new path has to be doing something which can yield value in your life when you look ahead for the next 5 years. When you take action and start doing things, you begin to feel better almost immediately. by trying, moving, asking, engaging, experimenting, and walking forward, you are one step further than where you were yesterday. And you just never know where that one step will lead you.

  • FOLLOW YOUR INNER VOICE – Intuition has always played the most decisive role in the making or breaking of any individual. It’s the intuition which can lead you to the road you may not even think of but the only condition lies is the ability of a person to trust upon his gut feelings and accordingly produce the desired action. The one who knows how to trust his intuition will surely never fail in his life and will always be on the winning end and the one, ignoring will have to face the consequences later in their life.

Just be grateful for where you’re and excited about where you’re going. You are the books you read, the movies you watch, the music you listen to, the people you spend time with. Choose wisely what you feed your mind and that’s what can shape you in a long run.

That’s all for today. I hope you had a great time reading this article. Do give it a star if you find it worth and helpful. Thank you to each and every one of you, for constantly loving my blogs and hereby, I want to announce that my website has reached a milestone of 3k views. Cheers!

Signing off from the today’s article. Have a great weekend y’all.

The blog titled ” TO THE LAST MONTH” is just a blueprint for all those who are actually willing to work hard for their dreams and desires, irrespective, of what circumstances they’re in, stood even after many failures and still want to make a change. • Experimentations may get you failed but the experience to fail will teach you how to get one step ahead.

Trust me, It will be alright. Don’t ask me how I know this, I do. Even in the darkest of our times, the sun will still rise and the stars will still appear at night. Trust me, you have that power and strength to move in the direction that inspires you.

Follow your heart, do what you believe in and create beautiful work that touches your souls and simply takes your breath away!
