In Hard Work is Happiness!

Howdy, People!

A Cold Monday evening, dark skies and my notepad – the three deadly combinations, which together can help me out in making up any content. Since everyone is home by now and relaxing in their blankets, I find this a good opportunity to make you learn ‘How one can be happy with his hard work’.

In Hard Work Is Happiness, Is that so? Let’s find out!

The ones who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones that do it.
Next time if someone looks at you like you’re crazy or mad when you’re sharing your ideas, vision, passion and is watching you delusionally, just smile.

You think you can change the world?

There is only one thing and that is you just have to accept that most of the people will think you’re crazy, wasting your time but believe me that’s okay. Not everyone has that vision to look beyond the extremities. It really doesn’t matter who doesn’t believe in you or in your dreams; you just have to be with those few crazy beings that do believe, want to join in with you and are prepared to risk it all and actually are eager to make a change with their hard work, a major difference and be a part of something that changes their game and hence, their mindset for once and for all.

Believe me, there will always be doubters, criticizers, haters but you’ve got to look past all that. Go out, express yourselves, build your dream, create your vision but yeah, make sure you just do not leave any debating left after the impact and the legacy you have created.

It’s okay to be crazy about your work. Trust me, if I’m asked whether I’m mad about my work or not? I can jump a thousand times and say yes because that is the only thing I look forward to when I get back home, that is the only thing which is making me a better human in the society, that is the only thing which is making me learn many a lesson of life.

Cheers, to the crazy ones that are you and me. It’s the time to get crazy for what you love to do the most, have that right focus, work hard and no one, I repeat, no one can drag you down. It’s the right time to work on your strengths and not your weaknesses.

It’s the right time to be somebody, nobody thought you could be. – Anonymous

Have a great week, my lovely people and don’t forget happiness is always nearly a rebound from your hard work. Keep up the good work!

That’s all for your Monday’s dose. I hope you will definitely make this week productive and prosperous.

See you in the next one!

Hate is Heavy!

Howdy, Readers!

So, how did you people spent your new year? I hope everyone had a good start to 2018.

Looking forward to writing more and more for you people and in return, expect the same love and support, you people have been giving me for the past few months. Cheers to this new start!

So, Ruchika Kachroo is the guest blogger for this first post of 2018. An avid reader, an excellent writer and yes, a good friend of mine. I have been reading her work on Quora and believe me, her expression of writing is phenomenal.

Let’s find out what she has to say about this topic. Let’s get started!

Is hate Heavy?

“I have decided to stick with love. Hate is too great a burden to bear.”

~ Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

What exactly is hatred?

Hate is a toxic energy, which can wear many different masks, but behind them, all dwells the same thing — fear. Have you ever carried the burden of hate? I know how hard it is to let it go. Irrespective of how the hate shows up, when our body takes up intense feelings of hate, we are the ones who suffer; we isolate ourselves from life and actually end up holding ourselves a prisoner from happiness.

Sadder yet is the burden of hate that many are immersed in because the people around them taught them how to take hate as a way of life, even before they could talk. There is no question that this kind of hate is born in the womb of fear, which often outstands itself as an over-inflated sense of superiority, intolerance and arrogance. This is sad because it really boils down to a lack of understanding of others who may be different than they — fueled by fear.

How to set yourself free from the toxicity of hate?

The good news is, if willing, we can set ourselves free of toxicity of hate today. How? by Sticking to love. If we feel the burden of hate weighing heavy upon our heart, do some self-enquiry today; if you find any sense of hate lingering in the corners of your mind, shed the light of love on it and watch it dissolve. Hate exists in the darkness and in a sense of separation from God (light). Just as darkness cannot exist in the presence of light, fear cannot maintain its existence in the presence of love.

Stick with love; you’ll lighten your burden and the planet will be a better place as well for the next seven generations to come.

Here, are some few points you can consider to set yourself free from the toxicity of hate.

  • Don’t let the power of hatred affect you or change you in any case. Hold on to yourself, If the hatred must change you, let it only make you stronger and kinder.
  • Keep track of the ways in which your hatred, anger, emotions, and judgements affect your behaviour and relationships.
  • Choose three role models whose compassion and kindness inspire you. They can be anyone and you just have to let them inspire you to be a kinder, more compassionate person.
  • Spend time doing things that feel meaningful and fulfilling to you.
  • Let go; Be you!

So, these were the few points you should have in your mind as hatred has never made anyone successful or rich. With the beginning of this new year, It’s important to write each chapter with a good mark and then, all you have to do is maintain yourself as a consistent and persistent character.

That’s all for today. I hope you’ll defintely make a mark and be consistent and persistent in whatever you choose to work on. All the best!

BE KIND!

Howdy, My Lovelies!

Saturday, Cold outside and as usual in my blanket so thought of writing something valuable and worth reading for you people. You know what’s the best compliment any writer can ever get? When his/her audience starts connecting with his/her words and that is more of like a winning scene. You people have been very supportive on this journey and I have been thanking you in almost every of my blog post since I genuinely feel the need.

Shireen Manocha, who is the guest blogger for this week is actually someone whom I have admired throughout all my school life. The way she writes, the way she presents her work, her attitude towards living a positive life and the leadership qualities she possesses has what made her stronger and better with time.

Let’s get started!

So, what’s all on your To-do list? Dream big? Work hard? Follow your routines? Dieting? Completion of assignments? Have you ever thought of being kind? Ask this from yourself as you and only you have that answer. I read this somewhere that you can be anything in this world so why not be kind? Why not?

I actually come across so many people in my day to day routine and what I have always found lacking is Compassion. So, first of all, what actually is compassion? Compassion literally means “to suffer together.” It is defined as the feeling that arises when you are confronted with another’s suffering and feel motivated to relieve that suffering. Are you doing it enough for yourself or for somebody?

How can you be a compassionate person?

  • Find commonalities with other people
  • Don’t put emphasis on money
  • Be kind to yourself and others
  • Express gratitude
  • Teach others and help the needy
  • High emotional intelligence

Let’s face it, the world isn’t the beautiful place you imagined, with unicorns and rainbows adorning the sky, or as John Green so aptly put it, “The world isn’t a wish-granting factory.”

People are mean and selfish, and the world at large is conspiring to put you down, and you have to deal with it, alone, for everyone you considered a friend turned their backs when you most needed them.

It’s at times like these, that pin you down by the throat, that you must work on your compassion and visualise a world filled with more love and less chaos – for you can bring this change. Your world has to be you, and this large existence in its entirety, you are your world, and create your own sphere of kindness and happiness for that is what will lead you to success.

A little inner peace, the happiness of doing something nice but also being a little less selfish and realising how the same world put someone else down too – Be their saviour. Be their saviour and they would remember you, and one day, I assure you, you would taste success, for success is fame and dynamics but it’s also passion and stability.

Compassion is another key to be successful in your path irrespective of which road you have chosen. Follow the patronus and you’ll be delighted with the upcoming.

BE SILLY. BE HONEST. BE KIND ALWAYS!
